Hello and welcome to the online home of the Gold Coast City Regional Basketball Association's 50-year Anniversary. It's a huge year for the 2nd largest Basketball Association in Queensland. Two exciting events are being held in October to celebrate this fantastic milestone and there are plenty of opportunities to participate in the celebrations. This website has details about the celebrations, however if you can't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us.
The Celebrations
There are 2 events currently planned to celebrate the 50th year of our Association. The first is a brand new world record: One basketball dribbled for 50 hours non-stop, to be held over the weekend of 2-4 October at Hillcrest College. The second is the Gala Dinner held on the 17th October, to be held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Learn more about celebrating 50 years of basketball on the Gold Coast.
